Disclaimer

1. General Information Only

In this Disclaimer, “Jones Hardy Law”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean N.P Hardy-Clements & A.M Jones Partners trading as Jones Hardy Partners (ABN 37 240 944 675).

The information on our websites is general information about the law in New South Wales. It is not legal advice. Every matter is different, and the right answer for you depends on your own circumstances. Please get advice about your situation before you act, or decide not to act, on anything you read here.

2. Contacting Us Does Not Make You a Client

Reading our websites, filling in a form, downloading our Preparation Guide, booking a call, or phoning or emailing us does not make you our client. We act for you only once we have confirmed that we will.

3. Time Limits and Court Dates

Court dates, appeal periods and other legal time limits are strict, and some are short. Missing one can affect your case. If you have a court date, or have received a notice about your licence or a charge, get advice as early as you can. Do not rely on anything on our websites to tell you what your time limits are.

Our free 15-minute call is a chance to talk about your situation. It is not a full review of your matter. Anything our websites say about fees or costs is general only. It is not a costs agreement or an estimate of your costs. We will tell you about the costs of your matter directly.

Our websites include information about Legal Aid. Legal Aid NSW, not us, decides whether you are eligible for legal aid.

5. Case Studies and Reviews

The case studies on our websites describe past matters. The reviews shown on our websites come from Google and reflect the experience of the people who wrote them. Every matter is different, and past results do not guarantee the outcome of yours.

6. Accuracy and Liability

We take reasonable care with the information on our websites, but the law changes and we do not promise the content is complete or current. Our Website Terms of Use set out our liability for your use of our websites.

7. Limited Liability Scheme

Liability limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation.
